Heidi Drake is a native Oregonian who grew up in the Willamette Valley and opted for a change of scenery in 2001, trading the rain for sunshine and snow in Central Oregon. While her official professional background includes stints as a travel agent, leased equipment report writer, office manager, dance teacher and most recently, yoga studio owner, Heidi has always had an interest in real estate. Being a bit of a natural homebody, her passion is helping people discover “the one”, whether it’s your first home purchase, an investment property, or finally making your dream house a reality.
In the past 20+ years, Heidi and her husband Eric have lived in an urban setting (North Portland), bought and sold a manufactured home, built two houses (one in a trendy subdivision and another on acreage), faced financial crises and foreclosure, and after renting for a few years, found themselves blessed with ownership of the perfect fixer upper. In other words, she’s “been there, done that” when it comes to different real estate transactions, and now she’s ready to help you navigate your home purchase or sale.
When she’s not taking care of her EXIT Realty Bend clients, Heidi can be found working in her garden and yard with the “help” of four dogs, reading, practicing yoga, or enjoying music and hanging out with her musician/painting contractor husband and two quirky and artistic teenagers.
