We were living in Indiana and contacted Heidi through a Zillow listing. She turned out to be terrific as we sorted through whether we were up for a move to Chicago. She listened very well and understood what we were looking for and she was very timely in her responses. She clearly knows Chicago well! We spent a day looking at places with her and we eventually landed on a rental which she found for us. I would highly recommend her.

Heidi is simply the best.

Grade A communicator and always made my wife and I feel like a priority. She was like a member of the family for the few weeks we worked with her — answering questions, keeping everyone on schedule, and celebrating each step with us.

Her rolodex of contractors was mind blowing. We requested various inspections and quotes, and she had them scheduled in a matter of minutes.

Heidi also helped us rent out our condo. She hired a photographer, posted the listing, and guided us through the process of finding tenants. It was worth every cent.

I moved to Chicago from out of state and had no idea how to get started or what I was getting into. Fortunately, a friend of mine had recommended Heidi to me, and she was a LIFESAVER! Not only was she able to focus on all my priorities and budget restraints, but she has been personal, thoughtful, and friendly along the way. While focusing on your needs and wants, she also prioritizes safety, which is something I really appreciate coming from out of the city. I found the most wonderful place to live, and I couldn’t have done it without Heidi. You can’t find a better person to have on your side to help you find your ideal home. If I ever find reason to move away, I will certainly be using her services, and I can’t recommend her enough!
