I don't know where to start.
Heidi was such a blessing for us on our home buying journey. We weren't able to be in state for any of the process but she accommodated our remote and timezone needs with so much grace. She helped us through the process from virtual house tours to navigating the paperwork, going above and beyond at every step. As newly retired and potential homebuyers, we had the challenge of looking for a home five and a half hours away in Virginia Beach, VA. We made a visit from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in the fall of 2024 to start this process. We were definitely novices as buyers because we hadn’t bought a property since 1999. When we first met Heidi, we were struck by her expertise and keen eye for detail. Our trip was brief, but still, we were able to target a specific area where we wanted to live. The remainder of our search expanded to Heidi’s facetime walk-throughs. Heidi was thorough, authentic and compassionate to our off-site situation. She provided a meticulous review of both indoor and outdoor elements of several properties. Whether by text message or phone call, we could always count on her quick response to our questions and concerns as we continued our search into the winter months. We attribute solely to Heidi our success in purchasing a highly sought after property in West Neck. After closing on the property in February, 2025, she then helped us obtain bids from 3 contractors to make the necessary refinements to our new home. Even now, as we sell our old home and begin our moving process, Heidi has continued to provide any help we might need. It is clear to us how lucky we have been to have had Heidi Johnson as our realtor in Virginia Beach. We wholeheartedly recommend Heidi and are so grateful to her for our “forever” home.

ABOVE & BEYOND!
I can not think of enough positive words to describe Heidi Johnson and our experience working with her as our realtor. Heidi is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate and explained every step of the process from finding a home, making an offer and closing on our new home.
We started our search to relocate to Virginia Beach from PA in 7/24 and settled on our perfect home in 2/25. During the entire process Heidi was nothing less than spectacular. She was there for us EVERY single step of the way and responded to our numerous texts, emails, and calls so quickly that it felt like we were her only clients (even though this was not the case)!
Heidi showed us many homes via Face time and once we were under contract she scheduled several contractors for us to meet with to discuss house upgrades. Heidi made the difficult situation of finding and buying a home from out of state easy and as stress free as possible. Even after our closing, she continues to work as our realtor as we are still in PA packing.
As a realtor (and a human being) Heidi is kind, patient, honest, very hard working, and pleasant with a great sense of humor and an infectious laugh.
I would highly recommend Heidi to anyone (and everyone) looking for a home in the Hampton Roads area!

I can’t recommend Heidi Johnson enough! She worked very hard for us during our hunt for a house in Virginia Beach.
