Heidi was amazing and a pleasure to work with! She was very professional, but more importantly very personable. Buying a house from 2000 miles away can be stressful enough but trying to do that during one of the largest hurricanes to hit the area in years, could have been even more stressful had it not been for Heidi. She was extremely responsive in providing property updates and keeping us calm during the hurricane. Throughout the entire purchasing process Heidi managed situations ensuring everything went smoothly so we did not have to stress. Heidi was a huge help in securing a reputable licensed roofing company that installed our roof in record time and allowed us to secure the homeowners insurance needed to close.

We met Heidi while visiting St. Armands Circle on the 4th of July and her personable approach and extensive knowledge of the area where the main reasons we chose to contact her when we began our official home search in September. Wow, were we lucky to have come across such an enthusiastic, dedicated, extremely networked, and highly professional agent. Thank you Heidi for being there for us during this exciting journey.
