Heidi Majidi is an award-wining real estate agent with an adaptive and revolutionary business model. You come first. It is a passion project. Heidi began her real estate career in 2005, winning 'Rookie of the Year' Award for her work at REMAX Fine Properties. She is with the same brokerage firm today. Heidi has been a top-ranking agent with REMAX year after year. In fact, in 2012, she became one of the youngest agents to ever be inducted into the REMAX Hall of Fame. Heidi was honored with the prestigious '40 under 40' award from the Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors for three years running. Prior to selling real estate, she had an established career with a large retail chain in sales management, marketing, and human resources, where she repeatedly won awards for her production and management style.

Heidi's passion for interacting, communicating, and educating people inspired her to pursue a career as a realtor. She is a mentor to many newer agents and constantly takes continuing education courses to keep up to date on the latest industry trends, laws, and issues.

Heidi is the married mother of two children and values family time. She also enjoys culinary experiences, working out (Pilates and Functional Fitness are her favorite) and helping others achieve their maximum potential by hosting motivational seminars.
