Working with Heidi was truly a game changer in our home buying journey. From the very beginning she impressed us with her professionalism, deep knowledge of the market, and relentless drive to make things happen even when challenges popped up with the bank. More importantly, her energy matched ours and we connected from the start. We knew our relationship with her would be more than transactional.

What really set Heidi apart was her ability to keep things moving no matter what. We hit a few bumps along the way with our lender but Heidi never missed a beat. She stayed one step ahead, navigated every roadblock with confidence, and never let us feel overwhelmed or out of the loop.

And just when we thought she had done it all she surprised us with a moment we’ll never forget. Working behind the scenes with my wife, Heidi arranged a “final walkthrough” that turned into a heartwarming surprise. She had our keys ready earlier than expected and handed them over right there at the house. It was thoughtful, personal, and perfectly timed just like everything she does.

Thanks to Heidi we’re now in our dream home and we got there with less stress, more joy, and a lot of gratitude. Heidi is more than our realtor. She has truly become part of our family and we will never forget the dedication she put into making our dreams come true. We are forever grateful.

Heidi is not only the sweetest human, but so detail-oriented and capable! As a first time home buyers, we had so many questions, and she answered them all so quickly with endless patience. We were able to lean on her regards to important decisions as she always provided us with honest opinions with her experiences. All her advices were very helpful and she was always available if we had any questions or concerns. All paperworks went seamlessly. As stressful as buying a house was, she took away a lot of the stress! Cannot recommend her enough.

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I was referred to Heidi from a co-worker of mine that said she does Vet loans. I originally had a pre approval from Veterans United, as well as other local lenders, and things weren't looking so good. After speaking with Heidi and sending her my pre approval letter, she went to work. Not only did she start on getting our loan amount increased, but, she started sending me listings too. She gave us advice as 1st time home buyers, explained in detail all questions I had, went over regrets that other clients had and I can't tell you how helpful all that was. I have a fairly complicated situation and she was able to work with us on it. She told us to call around and check other lenders so we would know the going rate was. This put us at ease because the market is not so friendly right now. I don't know what else to say except, give her a call. We wouldn't be in this house today if it wasn't for all of her efforts. Thank you Heidi!

Heidi was amazing from the very beginning. Available anytime questions came about, informative and very clear on all aspects! Made the selling of our home as easy as possible for us. Window shopping for our new home was a blast. She’s funny and definitely a pleasure to be with. Very honest and up front about everything. If she received a listing from me and didn’t think it would be in our best interest she let me know and I truly appreciate that. No hidden agenda when it comes to Heidi.
