Heidi is not only the sweetest human, but so detail-oriented and capable! As a first time home buyers, we had so many questions, and she answered them all so quickly with endless patience. We were able to lean on her regards to important decisions as she always provided us with honest opinions with her experiences. All her advices were very helpful and she was always available if we had any questions or concerns. All paperworks went seamlessly. As stressful as buying a house was, she took away a lot of the stress! Cannot recommend her enough.

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I was referred to Heidi from a co-worker of mine that said she does Vet loans. I originally had a pre approval from Veterans United, as well as other local lenders, and things weren't looking so good. After speaking with Heidi and sending her my pre approval letter, she went to work. Not only did she start on getting our loan amount increased, but, she started sending me listings too. She gave us advice as 1st time home buyers, explained in detail all questions I had, went over regrets that other clients had and I can't tell you how helpful all that was. I have a fairly complicated situation and she was able to work with us on it. She told us to call around and check other lenders so we would know the going rate was. This put us at ease because the market is not so friendly right now. I don't know what else to say except, give her a call. We wouldn't be in this house today if it wasn't for all of her efforts. Thank you Heidi!

Window shopping for our new home was a blast. She’s funny and definitely a pleasure to be with. Very honest and up front about everything.
