Heidi Petesch

Heidi Petesch looks forward to meeting you! Twelve years ago, she was just finishing her MBA at Friends University and had no idea that the road would lead her here to Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate. Heidi's career started in marketing at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kansas, but the corporate world was not for her once she became a mom. Her calling was at home on their family farm, raising their son, and two years later, their daughter. In between baseball games, dance recitals and checking cows, she somehow found the time to nurture her love for real estate.

She and her husband have spent the last few years purchasing and renovating homes for rental properties in and around Meriden, Kansas. With each family they moved into a property, it became more evident that this is what she wants to be doing. She loves being a realtor and she wants to be yours. Her buyers and sellers become her family. She will do everything she can to take the confusion out of the process by walking alongside you and being a trusted place to turn.
