I was born and raised in North Dakota. I am passionate about this state for so many reasons, but most of all the beauty and excitement the changing seasons offer. I have realized over the years, that home ownership also has its seasons.

My passion for real estate started as a twenty-one year old college student. To make home ownership happen on a tight budget, I purchased an over-under duplex, lived in the lower level unit and rented out the upstairs which made my house payment very affordable. The best part was the equity I had acquired to go towards the purchase of my next home! My husband Kurt and I have been blessed with four amazing children. An expanding family creates a busy and exciting season that often creates the need for more space. Not long ago, my daughter called me from summer camp. Even though she was having fun she wanted me to pick her up early because she simply missed "home". Helping my parents through the transition of downsizing from the home my family created memories in for 23 years to a more manageable one level patio home helped me to fully understand that some seasons, like summer, are hard to say goodbye to. As an agent, I possess the patience, sensitivity, and compassion that is often times necessary when moving to the next season.
