Helaine is simply the BEST. We tried navigating the home buying process on our own but quickly realized that an experienced realtor is necessary in this market. Helaine worked tirelessly to find us our dream home. (Seriously, I don't know when she sleeps!!) She gave us dedicated personal attention, and her instincts were always on point. She's a wiz at breaking down the home buying process and explained every aspect before we signed. Plus, she's just fun to hang out with (don't discount this! super important when you're on your 6th open house of the day!)

Helaine leverages her contacts, creativity, and her vast experience to get deals done. When it came time to sell our old home, Helaine seemlessly managed the process. Our home was beautifully staged, photographed, and, marketed within days, and the selling price totally exceded our expectations.

Well, where to start... This was my first home purchase, I had a strict budget, and generally I was nervous about a purchase this large. I found Helaine to be patient, smart and flexible - the best qualities you want in an agent, and she was also tenacious. She looked after me and made sure that every detail was thought through and during the contract negotiation she got me every concievable concession. I never had to worry about what I needed to do or how as she was always ready to explain the process. She helped me find my finance guru who got me a great rate and also walked me through the finance process. Honestly, I recommend her to everyone I know. I will be using her again for my next house, and if the people who read this review are smart are smart, they will as well.
