Right place, right time! Helen Arapis from the Keller Williams Landmark Realty became our realtor for the sale of our home. The deal was complicated due to a street mapping issue but Helen was unwavering. She is patient, knowledgeable and conscientious with a pleasant personality. Helen kept both parties up-to-date and ensured attorney docs were completed in a timely fashion. So pleased! Thank you for keeping the sale as simple as possible. One of the hardest things to do is sell your first home that’s been in your family for generations. My mother who is an immigrant and spent all of her life in that home truly found a guardian angel in Helen when she made the decision to embark on this journey. I was awestruck by Helen’s kindness, professionalism, attention, care and concern and her exceptional level of empathy and gentle guidance as she supported my family. She is such a special person and so intuitive, knowledgeable, thorough in her explanations, comforting and calming, and bright. She is so good at what she does, and she does everything with integrity and with a deep level of personalized care. I doubt that my mother would have been able to go through this process without such a person guiding her and supporting her. We did not have to do anything - Helen was on top of everything and fully invested and communicative on a daily basis. She was sincerely a Godsend for our family. We cannot recommend her enough.

Helen is one of the best in the business! My husband and I decided it was time to buy our first home and from the very beginning Helen helped us every step of the way! She knew what houses we would like even before we saw them just by listening to what our preferences were and knowing what we liked and disliked and what we were truly looking for in our first home. She is kind and caring and extremely responsive and honest. She especially helped me feel at ease whenever I had questions or concerns about the whole process since I had no idea how much is involved from start to finish. She always called or texted to check and see how we were doing as things were moving along. She also put us in contact with an excellent real estate attorney to help us and kept us in the loop with everything involved. I would recommend Helen to anyone and everyone interested in buying/selling a home or just wanting to know more about the process. If we ever need to go through this again she’s going to be our first call I wouldn’t want to go through it with anyone else!

In today's New York City housing market, you want to have someone like Helen by your side. We were so lucky to find her listing this summer and I can only describe the experience as holistic, attentive and very full of confidence. Helen really took her role of brokering between us and the landlord equally dedicated. She added her personal touch and charm in every interaction and presentation.
