I just wanted to leave a note of appreciation for the assistance, continued support and stellar references I received from Helen Burke during a very tumultuous time I was experiencing while working to save our childhood home. It seemed all other realtors had given up on any attempts to help save our home, and only provided referrals to sell the house, no matter the number of times I said...'No, that's not what we want to do."
It was a tangled Trust situation, with peaks and valleys, wrong information received from other so-called real estate persons, so the situation required someone with vast knowledge of different areas of real estate, and real estate law. That person turned out to be Helen Burke. There was never any monetary reward involved for Helen but from the very first time I spoke to her, her focus was to HELP me save my childhood home. As it turned out, no matter what situation turned up, Helen knew how to navigate it and who to refer me to, and no matter how many times I called her on the verge tears she always answered, with words of encouragement. It was literally lifesaving...Seriously. Saying 'Thank you' is just a small token of appreciation...so Thank You Helen, a hundred times over and over and over again.

We highly recommend if you are buying or selling a house call Helen. Helen sold our home 4 days after open house.
We couldn’t believe how easy she made the process, she made us feel like we were her only clients, stress free and available with our many questions. Helen respected all our needs, she’s straight to the point but with a comforting tone. She uses highly qualified photographers to showcase your home, and professionally trained inspectors.

Who wouldn't want an extra $300,000. Helen performs like no other I have worked with. Here approach was systematic and extremely. professional. We closed for 300K over asking. She did this with managing me (making sure i accomplished what I was needed), marketing and staging. I recommended Helen to a friend and she did identical magic for my friend.

My wife and I first met Helen when we were out looking for new property in San Martin back in 2016. After meeting with Helen at the property she had listed on Valentine's weekend, the realtor we had been working with did not respond to our request to make an offer on the property we had just fell in love with. After 5 or 6 hours, my amazing wife suggested we contact Helen to make her the buying and selling agent and the homeowner approved. We met the next day, Sunday, submitted our contingent offer and at this time my wife presented Helen with the sale of our San Jose home and she accepted! This was the best thing that we could have asked for as Helen hit the ground running and handled the sale of our San Jose home, with a nasty solar PPA that needed to be addressed. All said and done, my wife and I could not have been happier with having Helen as both our buying and selling agent. I highly recommend Helen as a very accompished agent, responsive to the individual issues that arose during these transactions and helped us tremendously to successful completed transactions.

If you ever had reservations working with a Real Estate Professional, I urge you to let Helen change your mind. I had the ultimate in what I would euphemistically call a problem transaction. I had a few hostile liens and a creditor that was not very easy to work with. She stood by me and took the time to help dissect the issues one by one and found some out of box solutions. She even went beyond what you would expect a real estate professional would do and helped me with some other issues outside the transaction I was having. She stayed with me until we were done and got the transaction done. I now count her as a friend and we check in on each other occasionally to make sure we are both going in a positive direction. In my 30 some years I never had an experience like I had with Helen. No hyperbole, just good old fashioned service. A nice change in this world today.

Hellen helped get me into another place, and when my wife and I recently started looking into moving to another state, she connected us with another great agent in that state. Helen is fabulous! She was tireless in her support of us. Helen started working with us about 6 months before we put the house on the market. She went through the house, garage, and yard explaining what needed to be dealt with before we listed. Helen would have been our buying agent as well, but we moved out of state. A couple of weeks after closing, Helen received a message from the buyer's agent telling her we left empty boxes behind in the garage and we needed to pay to have them removed. We discussed the issue and agreed that since it was cardboard, it is easily broken down and recycled so I refused to pay to remove them. It was an honest mistake on our part leaving them behind but it didn't warrant a service to remove the boxes. Helen handled the situation perfectly, but the buyers weren't happy and left a horrible review.

Choosing Helen for your agent is the best 'move' you can make because she put's her clients first! Thanks so much for making it an easy transition!

Helen helped me shop, buy and finance the house where I've been for years; she's patient, knowledgeable, thorough, responsive and very well tuned in to the human element of the whole process;

I knew in my mind's eye what I was looking for and she was more than patient enough to take me on the search; we looked at a number of properties in a number of cities and counties; she had the capacity to sift through the amazing range of what was available at that time, to closing the offer on where I live in the face of the multiple offer buying frenzy that existed at that time;

I have referred many people to her, pass along my vendor recommendations for service providers for her preferred resource list and value her insight and opinions to this day; I respect her quiet confidence, humor and professionalism;

I think I actually amused Helen with my comments, evaluations and efforts; we make each other laugh;

I just want to say Helen Burke went way beyond and above selling my home . She made very easy for us. She took care of everything and gave me some good tips. I myself was going through a personal tough time and trying to work at the same time. She was there for me like she was one of my good friends. she never missed an appointment for my open house. she did a fantastic job and took some stress off of us. The process of buying or selling a home can be stressful. Helen is top notch. She has been and will be the only realtor I use for my real estate needs. She has helped us buy and sell.
