Happy Thanksgiving Helen!
Hope you had a peacefully holiday. I am so overwhelmed with joy at the prospects of living in this peaceful home. I know that all of my dreams will come true for Clifton and I, as we look forward to spending the remainder of our days with our kids in this “heaven on earth” beauty. Last night, Bill and Linda Bantz sent us photos of the evening sunset from the breakfast area and porch. It was so beautiful. I can’t wait. The months are going by so quickly that now have I have to work to contain myself. November will be here before we know it. Thank you so much for “all” of your hard work and patience. I know at times there were a “push and tug” between Clifton and I, but you handled the situation like a pro, bringing us together and gently reminding us of our ultimate goal. Now, it has paid off. If you are looking for a new home or just wanting to sell your current home then this is the place for you. When I tell you that Mrs. Helen and her team will get stuff done the way that YOU want it done and in a timely manner they are the absolute best. Mrs. Helen takes care of her clients and she will NOT let anyone try to get over on you or take advantage of you. She was great to work with and I would do it all over again if I had to.

Helen is an amazing realtor and an even more amazing person.
She stuck with us through a lot of trials and tribulations. We have known Helen since early 2017. She is there whenever you need her, even if it is just to talk. She will fight for you. I used to tell her she was a bulldog because she never gave up. When she helped us build and purchase our house in Steele Creek, which closed at the end of 2018, I told her that she would also be the one to be selling it when we moved. I can’t imagine having anyone else represent us. When I would call her with issues we were having with the build, she would calm me down and say “that’s what I’m there for” and then she would take care of the problem. She is VERY knowledgeable about all aspects of real estate rules and laws. If she didn’t know (very rare) she would find out. Thank you Helen!

She LISTENS to what you want in a home and makes it her top priority to help you find just what you are looking for and stay within your comfort zone for budget. She even kept us on track with our wants/needs we expressed when we got a little emotionally invested when viewing homes that did not meet all our requirements. SO BLESSED to have worked with her & so so thankful she was our agent. She advocated for our best interests the entire time and was always just a phone call away. Mrs.Edward-Jackson is extremely knowledgeable, reliable and always available to answer questions, no matter how many times i needed to clarify. She is well aware of what programs are available. She first worked as my son's Realtor who is a first res ponder for the city of Charlotte , she worked side by side with him as he was at the time in the Academy, by the time he Graduated he was in his first home.
