Helen Goodson at BHHS Fox & Roach-Medford helped us sell our property. It was a great experience to work with Helen. She knew the market we were in. She recommended the right listing price. She promised foot traffic at that price and we got foot traffic and multiple offers.

She understood our goals and our budget. Everything she requested that needed to be done to the house was with that consideration in mind. She did not request any work unreasonable except only the work that would help us sell the house and eliminate any C/O issues. She was a great source of contractors that we needed to perk up the place prior to our listing.

Negotiation and communication skills are top notch. She helped us immensely with our sale. I recommend Helen to anyone who is looking for a great sales experience

She listened carefully; helped us develop and execute a well-conceived pricing plan; designed and help implement a structured home clean-up and staging plan; orchestrated a showing schedule that met our family's needs; managed a thoughtful, quick negotiating process; and flawlessly brought us through closing. We can't think of an element that she had not identified or thought through and she was prepared and one step ahead of us throughout. She was wonderful to work with and we could not have hoped for a better plan and execution.

House shopping was very rough especially during this pandemic. I experienced series of emotions even during the planning of buying a house. I was very grateful my husband found Helen. With Helen and her team, we got our house stress and worry-free.
Helen is amazing! She was very professional, detailed and service- oriented. She was very helpful with the entire process of getting our dream house. She provided a portal for us to navigate for houses that fits our criteria. It also shows houses before it opens to the market. She tried to make sure we found the houses we like and see them on the first day of public viewing. She is very knowledgeable about our real estate needs and made sure we found everything we wanted. She was very responsive and attentive. She kept in touch with us thru text, calls and emails in a timely manner. There was an instance that I sent an email around 2:00am and I didn't expect a response right away but she replied in less than 10 mins. I don't know how she managed it but all I can say is that she will be there for you 24/7 during entire process. She is very patient. We never felt pressured to make the decisions. And she even suggested us to get a real estate lawyer, house inspectors and contractors to make sure everything was in place. Helen and her team is a total package for our real estate needs. Words can't express how grateful we are with Helen and her team. I am very proud to recommend her to my friends.
