Helen has been working on client services for 13 years. Moving from major cities in China to different states in the US, she deeply understands what home means to a family. Her global vision and working experiences also shaped her caring personality and strong communication skills.
Helen is originally from Beijing, where she worked for a high-end real estate company, Longfor Properties. She also got her master’s in Economics and Management at University of Science Technology Beijing, one of the top-ranking universities in China.
After moving to the US with her family in 2009, she got her Image Consultant certificate from Fashion Institution of Technology, and worked for top luxury department store chain Saks Fifth Avenue. She was a Million Dollar Club member and top performer in the company. She gained loyal followers thanks to her client-first, detail-oriented customer service.
Helen lives in Westwood with her husband and two kids. She is a regular volunteer in Westwood public school, and she is very active in community activities.
