Working with Helen to find our first home was a blast! Seriously, she's got patience like no other. Due to some reasons we had to change our minds about what we wanted for over a year (yeah, I know!), but Helen never missed a beat. Every time we updated our wish list – new location, different layout, etc. – she was right there with a fresh batch of places that ticked all our boxes.

Helen's also super responsive. She always got back to us in a flash, and if something came up and she couldn't, she'd let us know straight away. And whenever a new listing popped up that looked right for us, she was on it like lightning, setting up tours and keeping us in the loop.

Not just about being fast – Helen's got this whole coordination thing down. She helped us out with all sorts of stuff, from digging into city renovation rules to connecting us with loan officers to make sure we were ready to make a move when we found the right place.
