We cannot thank Helen enough for how much she’s helped us own our dream home. Not only is she so easy to work with and talk to, she made the whole process so simple and easy.

We were always in contact with her when we were just thinking about buying a home and once we were ready and saw the home we always wanted in the perfect neighborhood, she was instantly ready to help us. Day or night she was always available and responded so quickly. Besides the multiple offers and counter offers, our offer ultimately got accepted and she closed in 14 days!

Helen Wong went above and beyond the job description. She would reply to our e-mails, texts, calls and answer any questions we had during our first home buying process. Before contacting Helen we tried to work with 3 other agents whom didn’t respond to our calls were rude and racist; one of those realtors even insulted me saying, “that is why our people don’t advance, because of your questions and not having an education.” -Elisban Gonzales.” Not knowing that I have a college degree, wonder if he has one. Helen’s patience, customer service skills were exceptional and would definitely work with her, her company and team again in the future.

My husband and I were incredibly lucky to have had Helen represent us in finding and purchasing our first home. Helen made exciting and simple what could have been one of the most stressful times/experiences of our lives. Helen made sure to make herself available to us, and answered any and all questions that we had throughout the process.
