A native of Brooklyn and Breezy Point, New York, Helene early retired from Queensborough Community College, the City University of New York where she was Vice President for Institutional Advancement. Prior to her tenure at Queensborough Community College, she was an educator and fundraising professional. A triple graduate of St. John's University in New York with a B.A., M.S., and P.D., she is now a full-time resident of Siesta Key. She is an active member of the Siesta Key Chamber of Commerce and serves as a member of the Board of Directors. Helene has also served on the American Cancer Society Relay for Life Committee and on Dick Vitale's Sports Night Committee which benefitted the Boys and Girls Club of Sarasota. Her second career began in 2002 when she became licensed as a Florida realtor and joined Coldwell Banker on Siesta Key.
Helene specializes in representing her clients in purchases and sales of single-family residences, condos, and investment properties in Siesta Key, Sarasota, Longboat Key, Lido Beach, Anna Maria, Osprey, Nokomis, Venice, and Bradenton. She keeps current on all transactions in these areas and I'm also very knowledgeable about the local schools.
