Helga Wetzold

Helga Wetzold has been a licensed Broker Associate for over 30 years earning several Top Producer awards in the real estate profession. She graduated from college in Germany with a Bachelor of Science degree and later moved to the United States. Her real estate career began in Westchester County, NY and she was consistently ranked as one of the top REALTORS® in the community which she serviced. After visiting the Marco Island and Naples area, Helga decided to make Marco Island her home. She and her husband had been sailors in the Northeast for many years and decided the great weather year-round was ideal. She earned the designation of Certified Negotiation Expert, an achievement held by less than 1% of REALTORS® in the country. Helga is a member of the Marco Island Area Association of REALTORS®.
