I was born on the island of Pico, Azores, Portugal. My family settled in the Bay Area where I attended school and college. I graduated with a BS in Business Administration and Management, and soon after I obtained my real estate license.

I met my wife on the 3rd day of college and we have been married for nearly 44 years. We have been blessed with two fantastic children and one granddaughter.

In 1992, a business opportunity presented itself and we relocated to the Central Coast and have lived here ever since.

My wife and I love to travel domestically and internationally. I enjoy running, cycling, skiing, and boating. I love sports cars, having owned several over the years. I am also a private pilot.
