Hemanth Grandhige

Hello & welcome! I'm Hemanth and am an investor & agent in the Dekalb County area. I first found an interest in real estate when I bought my first loft in Portland, OR. The market was booming and making the right financial decision and the right personal decision was weighing on my mind. I found that neither my banker, real estate agent, or friends and family could fully help me in making these decisions and so I jumped in feet first to learn all I could. Since then my family and I moved all over the country from cost to cost and lived in 5 different cities in 10 years before landing back in Georgia, where I grew up.
After many years climbing the corporate ladder, I got bit by the entrepreneurial bug and decided to take the leap before it was too late in life. I bought a bunch of rental properties and never looked back. Along the way I found that having my own real estate license would make my investing easier. What I did not expect was the joy of helping others find their own properties to meet either their investment needs or their personal needs.
