We could not have asked for a better agent when searching for our home! Ms. Patten was 100% on our side and had our best interest in mind with each decision. She made herself readily available and when we had any questions or concerns she was more than happy to answer them. House hunting can be a bit intimidating (especially in this market), but she made us feel supported, kept us informed, and helped us trust the process. She even helped a lot when it came down to choosing a lender. We were originally going to keep things simple and go with our bank, but she put us in touch with a lender who specialized in first-time homebuyer grants and we saved a ton of money on our down payment and closing costs. Overall, I can confidently say that choosing Ms. Patten was a great decision and I am sure that it would be for you too.

I really should have written this review sooner. For her clientele, Ms. Patten goes above and beyond her duties as a realtor. She began her profession by selling our house, which was her first sale. We didn’t realize it until a year later, on the anniversary of the sale, she sent us a gift thanking us for allowing her to sell our house. Since then, she has been part of our life. She delights in her work.

Exceptional attention to detail, professionalism, diligence, and motivation characterize Ms. Patten. For the duration of our association, she has taken care of our needs and wants. She is constantly accessible in her roles as a realtor, property manager, and soon-to-be broker. If she doesn't answer you after one call, she swiftly calls back. Honesty and high morals are attributes that Ms. Patten possesses.

She is meticulous and incredibly knowledgeable in all facets of buying and selling, the loan application process, credit, identifying houses, staging, and quickly bringing a deal to fruition. She always acts in her clients' best interests. We wholeheartedly endorse Ms. Patten as a real estate agent and property manager.
