Henriette Ostrzega

Henriette Ostrzega resides in Atlanta, GA where she serves as a Real Estate and Destination Services Consultant. She assists residential buyers, sellers, investors, and relocating families with the many details of settling into a new community. During her corporate career on both the East and West Coasts, Henriette held various management positions in the hospitality, special events, and amusement park industries, earning recognition for her success in promoting and maintaining customer satisfaction. She dealt with clients from all over the world. Today, this gives her a first hand understanding of the challenges of corporate relocation and the importance of bridging cultural divides. Her thorough professionalism is complemented by a diverse and fascinating background.

Henriette received her Bachelor’s Degree in France and is fluent in French. She is an active licensed Realtor in Georgia and California. She also holds a Certificate of Specialization in Hospitality Marketing and Sales Management, and studied the Event Management from the George Washington University in San Diego, CA. She is a Certified Professional in Catering and Events and a Certified Investor Agent Specialist.

A member of several professional organizations, Henriette currently serves on the ABR and Social Committees of her Homeowner Association. She sits on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Catering and Events, as well as on the Membership Committee for the French American Chamber of Commerce in Atlanta. In 1996, she was recognized by the Coca-Cola Company, the International Olympic Committee, the Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games, and the Gainesville Hall ‘96 Association for her participation and contribution to the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta. In 1999, the Leukemia Society of America honored Henriette for her support and service.

In 2003, she received the Rookie of the Year Award - Coldwell Banker Yorba Linda, California and the International Diamond Society Award, placing her in the top of all Coldwell Banker sales associates internationally. In 2007, she became a member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club.
