Norma and Henry are amazing to work with! This was my Wife’s and I first time buying a home and we knew next to nothing about the home buying process, and Norma not only guided us through the process step by step but she took all the worry that we had and it was so easy! I would highly recommend Henry Cossio. Henry helped us purchase our first home in 2012. He made the process very easy, and kept us informed of different programs so we could choose the best option for our family. The home ended up being a great investment, and we were able to use the profits of the home sale to pay off almost $200k in law school debt! Over the next several years, Henry helped our extended family refinance loans and buy and sell several properties. Most recently, Henry helped us close on the purchase of another home in the last week. With an escrow of only 3 weeks, Henry had to act quickly to finalize our loan in addition to the other contingencies. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Henry to anyone!

Very glad I got in contact with Norma Valenzuela and Henry Cossio from Own It Group. Henry is very knowledgeable and professional during all the times I worked with them. Through Own it group so far my wife and I have Refinanced a Condo, sold another Condo, and Bought a house; all great experiences.

As broker, Henry answered all the questions we had (and we had a lot) and made us feel comfortable about the whole process. As a realtor, Norma was very helpful and would always go out of her way to accommodate our schedule and interests when looking at houses. She was very thorough when managing our home buying project and would always get us answers and info when we needed them. Overall it's been a pleasure doing business with them and I would recommend them.

Henry Cossio and his team are amazing! I had an excellent and very pleasant experience working with Own It Group because of their accessibility, transparency, and professionalism. Him and his entire team are magnificent at what they do. He is a great profesional with lots of knowledge on both loans and real estate. From the first day I gave him a call he answered every single one of my questions and doubts. As a first time home buyer I had tons of questions and Henry always made me feel at ease due to his quick responsiveness. The real estate agent that helped my husband and I, Alexis, is superb! He had SO much patience with both me and my husband no matter what time of day it was. Every time we had a scheduled house showing he was always there beforehand, very punctual. He is friendly, respectful, and well mannered. Always willing to go above and beyond for his clients. Every single step we where taking towards the purchase of our home was always explained to us and if something wasn’t clear enough for us, it was explained again until it was crystal clear. Most people will probably say that selling a house is stressful, and it is. The team at Own It Group though made the process much less stressful and were a wonderful support. We primarily dealt with Norma and Henry but knew there were several people supporting us in the background. Norma made sure that we always understood where we were in the process and gave us plenty of information and guidance. She was available whenever we had a question and was very patient with us. Both Henry and Norma gave us the confidence that they had our best interests at heart. We can't say enough about them or the stager, who was amazing and transformed our house! I've already recommended the team to those who are considering selling/buying a house and will continue to do so. It was definitely a great experience with the Own It Group!

Henry showed my mom listings that she could afford; he was so wonderful with assisting her with providing a ride to see these houses nearly two hours from where she was originally living.
