Henry de Keratry, Jr.

Henry de Keratry, Jr. was born into a real estate family. His father has been a resident of Austin since the 1950’s and in the real estate business as a broker and home builder since the 1970’s and is still going strong. Being born and raised in Austin, as well as a lifelong resident of the Austin area, Henry has seen many changes and business cycles giving him a unique understanding of the market.

After receiving his BBA from St. Edward’s University in Austin, Henry received his real estate license in 1999 and his broker’s license in 2004. He has been active in-home building, residential development, commercial investments and sales. Over the years, Henry has developed a strong clientele of developers of master-planned communities, self-storage facilities, assisted-living facilities, as well as home builders. Growing up in the area, Henry has connections to many long term land owners and has a fondness of raw land and ranches.

As a long-term resident of the Northwest Austin corridor, Henry has a deep knowledge of the Northwest Austin-Cedar Park-Leander-Liberty Hill areas.

Henry is happily married and has three beautiful daughters that keep him very busy. He enjoys spending time with his family, playing basketball and golf, and is actively involved in his church.

He is a member of the Williamson County Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and the Central Texas Commercial Association of Realtors.
