A lifelong resident of the Merrimack Valley, Henry has been involved in the real estate business for as long as he can remember. Henry grew up shadowing and assisting his father Merit McIntyre in the management of residential and commercial investment properties. From an early age he learned from both his parents to work hard, strive for excellence, build strong relationships, and show kindness to people from all walks of life.
Henry is a graduate of UMass Boston and specializes in commercial real estate, providing guidance to clients who seek to buy, sell, lease, or develop income producing property in northeastern Massachusetts. Henry utilizes his strong interpersonal skills, calm demeanor, and diligent attention to detail to advocate effectively for his clients and negotiate optimal outcomes.
An independent singer/songwriter, Henry spends his free time performing at venues throughout the area and has been featured locally on the radio. Henry got his musical start at age 9 as the lead guitarist for The Black Diamonds, a band listed in the Guinness Book of Records as the world’s youngest professional rock band.
