Henry Tatje

Hank is an associate broker and commercial appraiser with Corporate Realty, being the head of the LaPlace/River Parishes office. For more than 25 years, Hank has advised his clients on leasing, buying, selling, and listing decisions. His comprehensive insight into market rental and value levels, as well as the variety of property types and locations throughout southeast Louisiana, have successfully assisted his clients in maximizing the profitability of their investments.

In 1996 Hank founded Cypress Property Management. Before becoming a part of Corporate Realty in 2023, Cypress served the River Parishes region in commercial real estate services, including property management and leasing as well as brokerage and property valuations.

He has successfully represented a variety of local and international clients involving Mississippi riverfront industrial properties, office buildings, retail centers, warehouses and development land transactions, among others.

A licensed broker since 1980, Hank is also a member of the Appraisal Institute. As an MAI designated member, he has more than 45 years of experience as a commercial and residential real estate appraiser.
