In 2004, with a small team, I embarked on my journey in the real estate industry, not knowing that it would take us through two epic economic roller coaster rides: the housing market crash of 2008 and the challenges posed by COVID-19. Despite the immense difficulties we faced, we persevered, weathering these storms, and gaining invaluable insights into the realms of finance and real estate investments. Over time, we have successfully overseen the sale of more than 1,260 residential and commercial properties, amounting to a total value exceeding $192,514,620, all within the vibrant Sacramento area.
