Before entering real estate, Herb built a successful career in consumer products, rising to Vice President of Sales. A graduate of Syracuse University, where he studied Sales, Marketing, and Personnel/Industrial Relations and competed at the Division I level in football, he developed the discipline, resilience, and competitive edge that shape his approach. His executive leadership and negotiation experience give clients an advantage in pricing strategy, market positioning, and competitive deals.
