As a real estate professional, I provide the resources for my clients, whether Buyers or Sellers, to properly evaluate the current local market conditions. In addition to these resources, I bring my years of education and experience to assist them in achieving their goals and doing so with ease and confidence.
My education includes an undergraduate degree in Marketing from the University of Charleston and a Juris Doctorate from West Virginia University- College of Law. Further, I have over 200 hours of specialized training in earning my Florida Real Estate Broker's license, along with the following designations: CDPE( Certified Distressed Property Expert), CIAS ( Certified Investor Agent Specialist), CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert), REO Certified (Bank Owned Properties), and a Member of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.
