We worked with Hermi to sell my mom’s house in New York, and honestly, he made the whole process way easier than we expected. From the start, he was super professional, always kept us in the loop, and was really easy to communicate with—which made a big difference.

This was a tough case with a lot of moving parts, but Hermi stayed calm, organized, and on top of everything. What could have been a really stressful situation ended up feeling much more manageable thanks to him.

He’s clearly knowledgeable and skillful at what he does—you can tell he’s experienced and knows how to navigate the process smoothly. We always felt like we were in good hands, and that gave us a lot of peace of mind.

Hermi sets himself apart from any other real estate agent out there. Every other real estate agent I’ve dealt with always put pressure on the buyer or seller, just looking to make a quick buck. Not Hermi, he takes your personal interests at heart when buying or selling a home. I had the pleasure of witnessing both ends making both the seller and buyer happy. Hermi has the patience of a saint and no challenge that comes up is difficult for him. He’ll go out his way and personally put his name on the line for his clients.This type of dedication is what you expect from family and that’s exactly what resulted in working with Hermi. Personally, it was a very amazing experience dealing with Hermi Aquino. When he says, he treats you like family, he stays true to the word. He is very knowledgeable, experienced. I have networked with hundreds of realtors over my career as a residential real estate owner and impact real estate professional. Hermi is simply my absolute favorite. He is exceedingly professional, personal and his understanding of Bronx real estate is unparalleled.

I hired Hermi to sell my two-family property and arranged to meet him at the property. On the first day we met, he brought two potential buyers to the property, who both promptly made offers within a couple weeks. He also brought his team of contractors and a very experienced photographer who all offered their services. That is the kind of efficient professionalism and value he brings to any interaction.

He and his partner Ruben Cevallos repeatedly went out of their way to ensure that the property was positioned to sell as best as it could. They were extremely patient and truly made extra time and effort to work with me, always with both heart and professionalism. Furthermore, their industry and market advice was exact and correct; they truly know the Bronx real estate market extremely well.

Hermi is an amazing real estate agent that is very knowledgeable of the NYC and surrounding markets. Hermi assisted with the selling of my coop in the Bronx and while it was a very lengthy process - because of his tenacity we got it done. My previous agent only wanted to do “social media campaigns”, which were not effective, but the moment Hermi was involved we started having open houses and showings and gained some traction.
