About Hernan

Born and Rise in Marinilla, Colombia. Moved to the United States of America to complete his studies in plastic engineering and graduated from Florida State University. His fluency in English and Spanish. After four years working for GE, Mr Pineda was hired by Essilor a French manufacturer company to collaborate by developing the innovative polycarbonate project that had led launching the contact lenses to Europe and Latin America market.
After many years in the engineering field ,he decided to move to a different area and founded Cape Coral Lots Inc. a Real state Company based in Cape Coral, Florida. “The point” was one of the outstanding real state projects of many others developed by Mr Pineda. “The point” is the largest extension of land assembled in a 5 years time, located side by the 41 Tamiami trail, where important corporations such as KIA MOTOS have invested. Thanks to “The Point” Mr Pineda was granted an award by Port Charlotte City council.
For the past 20 years Hernan Pineda has immersed in the real state business and has set a vision to build a company that offers a unique investment opportunity to the foreign and domestic investors; A Vision based on trust and proven experience. Mr Pineda is an active member of CCIM INSTITUTION.
RUBICON:
The largest project of the city of Cape Coral that will have a wider offer of shops, housing, offices, supermarket, spa and hotel boutique at one strategical location. Rubicon will be recognized as the most iconic of modern infrastructure in Cape Coral and the South East of the state of Florida. A 200 million dollars investment, Rubicon is being managed by Hernan Pineda for the last 5 years. The actual status of the project is on the engineering and architecture process.
