Hesper Dickson

Hesper has always cherished the unique character of Western North Carolina, not only for the area’s beauty and diversity but for the deep connections the region has to her family and her past. Whether she’s exploring country roads with clients or enjoying cycling with friends, Hesper loves the process of discovering places that are new and exciting, but are also reminiscent of her personal history and the rich character that is unique the Appalachian mountains. Born in Brevard NC, Hesper earned her bachelor’s degree in Housing and Interiors from Appalachian State University in Boone. She has lived in Henderson, Buncombe and Transylvania counties, working in a variety of aspects of the construction industry, from home remodeling and design to contractor sales. Hesper joined Steve Owen and Associates fourteen years ago and enjoys working with buyers and sellers. Six years ago she teamed up with Billy Harris, working from both the South office near Cedar Mountain and the downtown Brevard office.

Her familiarity with the region and understanding of the housing industry give her a set of skills uniquely suited to NC real estate. And she takes pride in going the extra mile for her buyers and sellers: her tireless work ethic, comprehensive due diligence, ability to coordinate key players and attention to detail consistently result in successful closings. “It’s pretty exciting, the process of getting to know your clients, exploring the area, and helping buyers find the place that’s the perfect match for them.
