He was always quick to get us lined up to see any house we asked about and we never felt pressured to make a decision one way or another. Just wanted to share my great experience with this real estate brokerage. They helped me and my dad sell our house, and they were amazing to work with! My dad doesn't speak English and lives overseas, so he had to use translators for all communication with the agents and lawyer. Even with the language barriers, they were super patient and understanding.
Since my dad couldn't travel to the US, the closing process could have been really complicated, but the team made everything so much easier. They were always responsive, helpful, and answered all our questions along the way.
I'm really impressed by how they handled everything despite the language and distance challenges. Would definitely recommend them, especially if you need agents who can handle unique situations!

Elizabeth Johnson, from Harry Norman Realtors, was both our buying and selling agent.

We bought our new house before selling the old one. It took about a year to find our house (see previous feedback). Elizabeth was very knowledgeable about the areas and able to respond and get us in for viewings quickly. She was very patient throughout the process and never made us feel like it was taking too long. It was like house shopping with a friend! The entire process went very smoothly and was actually quite pleasant. The sellers were awesome. We absolutely love our new place!

After spending several months doing renovations on the new house, we listed our old one. Elizabeth was able to get us the asking price, with 3 offers in under 48 hours. (during the ice storm!) She guided us through the negotiations and getting the house under contract. Where Elizabeth really stood out was in dealing with difficult parties. No one can predict how people are going to act. Elizabeth protected us throughout the process . She graciously handled everything.

Real estate interactions can be unpredictable. It is important to have an agent who not only knows their business, but is also good at dealing with difficult situations. I am glad we chose Elizabeth!

We visited Metro Atlanta in the summer with a plan to move in the New Year from South Florida. We met Sally when we connected on a house tour. We liked her instantly because of not only her warm demeanor but her vast knowledge of the area as a long time local resident herself. We had tons of questions, which she welcomed and gave in depth answers to. She stayed in touch with us over the months and we were pleasantly surprised to see that after reading many reviews, she had a great reputation for being a real estate pro.

Several months later we saw a house online. We instantly loved it. We connected with Sally and she quickly put in an offer for us. During the due diligence process we did a video tour in which Sally was very thorough in showcasing features and quality fixtures on the home. She was also present during our home inspection. We were thrilled to see that the house was wonderful in person. Sally is very honest and direct. We love that about her.

We just closed on the house (approximately 22 days) in a truly seamless way. She connected us with a great local lender and was available to us throughout the entire process. To be honest, we had braced ourselves for the process being stressful but it wasn’t.

Overall, we can say that Sally is such a joy to work with and you know she’s a solid negotiator too. We are thrilled to be moving in soon. Don’t hesitate! Work with Sally Cohen!

We were so lucky to get connected with Simone through Zillow to tour an specific house we found on the market,.
Simone was proactive to scheduled to tour the property the very next day of the initial contact. We loved the property so we decided to put an offer on the house.
I think the crutial part was Simone following up on us to start the preapproval process, we were taking our time and she pointed out the importance of moving fast in order to make it happen so we started to gather the information needed. If she didn't do that probably we were going to come up with excuses to sabotage ourselves from getting this wonderful property.
I cannot be happier with the negotiation. We will spend the most important years of our life in a place we love.

I have been looking for a house for a year in a very tough market in Woodstock. Little to no inventory, what has been available is extremely overpriced for the condition of the homes, and it has not been an easy process. Allison smoothed out the bumps in that road and in less than a month with her services we landed on the best house and deal that I have seen over the past year. She steered me away from certain properties because of her expertise. We put an offer on one and we wound up pulling out of the deal because the seller kept asking for too much after the offer had been submitted and she knew it would be too much of an investment for that neighborhood. Very available, very calm, and all the way around professional with me, my family, and the sellers/agents we were working with. It really pays to have someone who knows the area, what is or what is not a good deal, and someone that will tell you straight when home buyers get emotionally invested into purchases. Cant say enough good things about Allison and what she offers as an agent.

Makaila Parson is possibly the best relator in the world. She was so patient with us, we drug her all around the state looking at houses, and she gladly did with no hesitations. She answered any questions, and thoroughly explained every step of the home buying process so we knew what was going on. We really valued her opinion and she would give us her straight up opinion without trying to sugar coat it. Another relator may have tried to push us into a house for the sake of commission but that was NEVER the care here. Amanda Ray was awesome working with us in this crazy housing market. We had little time between selling our house finding a new one and settling everything. I cannot tell you enough how phenomenal Amanda was throughout all of this! Especially with us living out of town she would go out of her way after hours to meet us at the house just if we wanted to walk through it. And when it came to negotiations oh my gosh she was wonderful. Despite being a seller's market she's able to negotiate us an extended warranty on the house as well as lowering the price.

The only thing to go wrong with Amanda is you not picking her to help you with your next house!

Dariean is an amazing agent and angel in disguise. She was sent to us after several horrible experiences with other agents. Before Dariean, we were even considering ending our home search because everyone seemed so untrustworthy, sellers and agents alike.

Dariean saved the search. Her greatest strength was her ability to hear our needs and wants and respond with appropriate solutions. She was available every time (even late nights and early mornings) we had questions and concerns. She kept our interest in mind at all times and negotiated on our behalf. Because we live in a different state than our new home state, she graciously volunteered to be our eyes and ears, often touring the properties with us on Facetime. Some of them were not even safe for her to enter, yet she carried on so that we could see for ourselves. Another one of Dariean's strengths was her willingness to educate us and even correct us when our vision and expectations were unrealistic. I have been very pleased with the agent Drake Kennedy during the whole process of selling gmy parents home. There have been many obstacles from Covid and our family getting belongings out of the house. Drake was always patient and understanding about the delays we encountered. Hester Group's Courtney Latta took away the sense of intimidation from the home buying experience. As a first time buyer, she made sure I felt comfortable listing what I wanted from a home. She is a great listener and asks the important questions to help narrow her recommendation selection. At no point did she make it seem like I was difficult or wasting her time, and I promise you I was both through my buying journey.

I actually exited the buyers market briefly, and Courtney was extremely understanding. In fact, she encouraged it so I could clear my head space and return more focused on what I want. When I was out of the market, she checked-in from time to time to see how I was doing in the same way a friend would. When we got back to it, she set up a tour of my dream condo, and we signed within a week.

As first home buyers, my husband and I were very nervous and had a ton of questions. Susan Chambers started working with us just as the COVID-19 pandemic started. We naturally put our search on hold, but Susan remained patient and gave us great advice for what to do prior to resuming our search. Once we were comfortable to begin again, Susan was incredible! She was able to point out questionable features of the homes we toured that we wouldn't have thought to notice. She also provided sound and experienced advice regarding repairs and maintenance. Outstanding home buying experience… That summarizes our entire experience working with Shanaz Kanga in the purchase of our new home. As an out-of-town buyer (6 hours away), much of our work was accomplished via phone call, FaceTime, email, and text message. Regardless of the communication medium, Shanaz was prompt with information requested and diligent in making sure we had what we needed, even before we requested the information. Her knowledge of the area, the current market dynamics, and the process facilitated us make a competitive initial offer - that both secured our chosen home, but minimized our purchase price. By the time our offer was submitted, the seller had 3 other offers from which to choose. Shanaz’s advice was instrumental. After we had the house under contract, she worked to arrange a closing attorney, home inspection, and multiple follow-ups with the sellers agent to speed the closing process. Throughout the process, she was knowledgeable, accessible, responsive, and at all times professional in her work. We did not know any realtors in the area; what an incredible find to have had Shanaz be the realtor to have returned our initial inquiry. The neat thing about hiring the Hester Group is that you get a whole team of people helping you. They made it all pretty simple, suggested and explained things along the way, but never pushed us past what we wanted. Romie, our agent, was absolutely spectacular in every way and worked hard to get us scheduled for tours and worked over Thanksgiving to help us through our due diligence. We beat 14 other offers on the house we wanted because she worked with our financer to get us ready to be the best candidate and close in less than 19 days. We started looking on Halloween and closed the second week of December. We also got an offer on selling our home in 3 days. All in all they are all very professional, sweet, knowledgeable, and valuable resources. 10/10 can recommend.

My husband and I owned a home in Marietta, GA that was a rental home for 7 years after we relocated back to NC. We decided to sell and gave the tenant more than 60 days notice. The tenant vacated the house earlier than expected which turned out to be a blessing in disguise. We had to drive to GA at the last minute on a weekend. I looked online for a realtor that, hopefully, could meet with us. I called the Hester Realty group and Ross Hester told us he could and would meet with us on Saturday. Best decision we ever made! Not only did he meet with us at the last minute, he took care of everything for us so that we didn't have to make any other trips back to GA. He and his team took care of everything. All of the changes to the house that needed completing (new flooring, painting throughout and repairs), cleaning the outside, landscaping, power washing, absolutely everything! It is impossible that there is a better real estate agent in the state of Georgia than Christie Webb. We were lucky enough to meet her at a house we went to see on our own, and after talking with her for a short while we became her client right then and there. From start to finish Matt made the experience easy and as low-stress as possible. His stager, Andrea, suggested the changes necessary to show our house at its best. Then photographer, Kate, made our staged house look amazing online. In the office, Dena wrote up the description of our home that made it sound so appealing. To determine pricing, Matt brought in an appraiser who surprisingly appraised the house significantly higher than any in our neighborhood had sold, at which point Matt's advice on pricing was invaluable. Matt's assistant, Amber was beyond helpful with every question and detail regarding the process and paperwork.
