If you’re looking for an amazing real estate agent then I highly recommend the Hickman Coen Team. Helen Coen and Karen Hickman work as a team to get you the home you need. I cannot rave enough about them. One year ago, while going through a divorce, I connected with Helen and Karen while searching for a home to purchase. Shortly afterwards I changed my plans and decided to rent first then purchase afterwards. I thought that they would give up on me but Karen and Helen stuck with me through it all! Not only did they find me a rental home, they were very patient and worked with me throughout an entire year and a half ( while I rented) and helped me to find a home perfectly suited for me and my daughter.
They were extremely patient with me while I rented, kind and understanding about what I was going through, and extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market. They will be more then just your agent... they will be your friends. They are now my friends.
They work diligently, are extremely responsive and most of all very knowledgeable and patient.
Once you reach out to them, you will stop your search for an agent- they are all you need!
I honestly cannot say enough positive things about Helen and Karen and will highly recommend them to anyone who needs an agent.

I cannot speak highly enough about my experience working with Helen and Karen. They represented me with both buying and selling and were always available to me. They answered my many questions thoroughly and completely and were overall wonderful through the entire process. I met Helen and Karen while looking at another Raveis property. They immediately earned my trust, and they became my brokers. That very afternoon, they set me up with email notifications on listings, made me feel like I was their priority client, provided a wealth of knowledge on the homes I wanted to look at. Responsive to every email and question I had. And when I chose the house I wanted, they worked with me to craft a good offer (which was accepted!) and handled all of the homebuying issues with ease. I recommend this team to ANYONE looking to buy or sell a home.

Karen and Helen are an amazing team! I was referred to them and assured these were the best agents to sell my house. This was my first time selling and they explained everything to me and gave me full confidence that I could trust my home with them. They were very experienced and professional, helping me with inspections, repairs and any issues that arose during this process. Thanks to this fabulous team, I sold my house and they made it a very low stress experience. They really are the best!
