Hilary Beam

Hilary is dedicated to helping her clients reach their real estate goals. She understands that hard work, persistence, competence and communication are paramount in today's real estate market.

Hilary grew up in the real estate business in New York as her family has been and remains real estate investors in New York as well as Kiawah Island, South Carolina. Following graduation from Syracuse University, she began her career as a software trainer traveling throughout the U.S. and Europe working for Fortune 500 Companies.

Her first venture into the real estate business began over 18 years ago when she and her husband, Michael, purchased a home in New York to remodel and sell. Mike’s transfer to Baltimore 15 years ago brought them to Rodgers Forge where they refurbished and sold another home and then yet another in Hunt Valley. Her personal experiences rehabbing homes led to a natural progression of assisting both Buyers and Sellers with their Real Estate needs.

She loves the fast paced and varied world of real estate and has enjoyed helping clients find and sell homes throughout the Greater Baltimore area including Baltimore City, and Baltimore, Carroll and Harford County.

Hilary lives on her farm in Phoenix, MD with her husband, daughters, chocolate labs and horses.
