Having lived in our present home for 48 years and feeling the need to downsize was a very emotional turn in life for us. We’ve never utilized a realtor for selling or for buying. To say we were naive is an understatement. We are grateful that our daughter recommended Hilary. Our home sold after being listed for 10 days. It was not just the quick sale that impressed us. Hilary prepared us for each step in the process and led us through all of the things that needed to be done following the sale. She stayed in constant touch with us and was always happy to answer our questions. She made our emotional “procedure” a very pleasant journey.

Where can I start with Hilary... she has to be the absolute best realtor out there hands down. We got extemely lucky and met her through Zillow and throughout our entire buying process no matter what she had going on, she dropped everything she was doing to accomodate us. I asked her from day to be honest and straight forward about everything as we didnt want to waste our time or q. That is exactly what she gave us and we couldnt be any more appreciative of that! She was there for us every step of the way and if something wasnt right or didnt seem like it was going to work, she stayed positive and kept moving forward. We looked at probably over 100 houses in a little less than a years time and we were beginning to loose hope in the end. We finally found a great starter home that we can start our home ownership in and hopefully move into something much better down the road. She took great care of us and Im sure we will be using her for anything else moving forward. Feel like we also gained a friend for my fiance and myself!

Hilary was recommended to us while we were still living in Texas. She was in regular contact with us while we sold our house there regarding what we would be looking for in Indy. Once she got it, she was on fire, visiting houses with us, pointing out things we'd missed. Almost 10 years to the day of buying the property I closed on the sale of my duplex this week. Earlier this summer I decided to look into what the property would fetch in this crazy housing market. I reached out to Hilary and couldn’t be happier that I did. One of our first conversations I told her the number I had in my head and she thought that might be a little high (very few comparable properties in the area), but she said if I wasn’t in a rush to sell we’d see what happens. She ended up landing me that number! I was also looking for someone to be totally hands on with the entire process. One of the reasons I was looking to sell was that I was just tired of the rental grind. Hilary did absolutely everything for me in the selling process and was always sending me updates. My family and I are beyond impressed with Hilary and highly recommend her! She is so personable, responsive, an incredible communicator, and efficient and highly knowledgeable in Indianapolis real estate.

Here’s our story: We decided to move to Indianapolis to be close to family, but we had only visited a few times and knew virtually nothing about the city. Hilary spent so much time with us up front to learn about our family, our desires for a home and neighborhood, and about our lifestyle. As we communicated more, it was very apparent that Hilary truly knew us because our virtual housing search was spot on. Every house that showed up in our list met all of our requirements. She got us! Then when we were ready to look at homes in person, we flew to Indianapolis for a few days only, hoping that we would finish our 3-day trip with a new home… and we did! We looked at homes in neighborhoods all throughout Indy - from Broad Ripple to Fountain Square and Bates-Hendricks to Downtown - allowing our family to familiarize ourselves with the various neighborhoods and truly get a better sense for what would fit us best. In only three days, we managed to see 12 homes, put in an offer on one home, and conduct the home inspection. While most people likely wouldn’t move that quickly, our family was able to do so only because of Hilary’s expertise and efficiency. We love our new state, our new neighborhood, and our new home. We couldn’t have done it without Hilary! Furthermore, we wouldn’t have wanted anyone else supporting us throughout this entire process.

P.S. We loved Hilary so much that my parents also worked with her for their cross-country move to Indianapolis.
