This review is from a different angle. I'm a real estate appraiser for local banks and meet brokers almost every day and before COVID used to speak at broker lunch and learns. Many brokers just give me the lockbox key or have the owner or an assistant meet me for the appraisal inspection but Hilary met me there . I was recently contracted by Hilary Dunlavey to help her prepare a home for sale. She said at Compass they have a program called Compass Concierge, a very unique service only Compass offers sellers. It advances funds to sellers to cover the upfront cost for home improvements and repairs so the seller can sell faster and for the best possible price. The seller then pays back those costs at the time of closing. In this particular case, I power washed the home and trimmed the birch tree on the side of the house. Landscapers and painters were there at the same time. I was impressed with how well organized Hilary was and how quickly I was paid through Concierge. The house looked great when it hit the market! I would highly recommend Hilary if you're thinking of selling your home anytime soon. She is skilled at assessing what a house needs to get the best results for her clients!
