When you need a realtor, Hillary should be your first choice. She handled the sale of my mother's estate, guiding me along the way. We received offers the first day the property was listed and settled on a buyer on day two of the listing. She kept us informed throughout the process resulting in smooth sale of the property. I was an out-of-state seller in our recent transaction and needed a lot
of virtual hand-holding through the process of repairs, inspections, navigating multiple offers, right through to the closing! She and her team were 100% there for me and made the process seem almost effortless.

Sometimes it’s just those small intuitive things that make a huge difference in buying or selling. There is no “stupid” real-estate question that you can ask, that she won’t take the time to answer, or find out for you. The bottom line is that she is a wonderful professional who understands the local market, has many resources at her disposal and will put in that extra effort for you!
