Prior to becoming a licensed broker, Hoady worked for 13 years as a mortgage professional where he learned every aspect of home financing, from processing and underwriting all the way through closing. Having closed hundreds of loans, Hoady provides valuable proven experience when he assists his clients in their transactions. He currently specializes in select residential real estate on throughout the greater Seattle communities. A global citizen, Hoady grew up in Bellevue before spending time in Hawaii and China. He holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Washington. Hoady currently lives in Leschi with his wife Teri and their two small poodles where they enjoy skiing, wind surfing, boating, spending time at the Seattle Yacht Club, and all the activities that living in the Northwest afford.
