Hoang has helped my family get their dream home. If it would have not been for him this would have never happened. He helped recommending us the best loan Officer and never for one second gave up on my family and what they wanted. He was extremely patient and professional with us and his passion to helping people is what pushes him do whatever it takes to help families make these dreams come true. Our transaction wasn't easy and it seemed unrealistic in many ways because of several reasons but he pushed until the end and we ended up getting a beautiful home with the fairest price and an extremely low (below 3%) interest rate. Right before the pandemic started, my husband and I were checking out every single house/condo that was within the price range that we could afford. After our offers start being turned down a few times, we lost hope that we could make it until Hoang appeared and turned things around.
He worked very hard to make our offers very attractive to the seller and introduced our story as first time home buyers in an amazing way that totally changed the game.
With multiple offers at hand, we thought the seller would not even considere our proposal, but we were wrong! Hoang's superb negotiation skills and promptness to respond quickly to the seller's counter offer, made it a wrap in record time that we still can't believe it happened, but here we are.. call us homeowners!
