Holli is originally from Eugene, Oregon, “Home of the UO Ducks.” She has lived in the Northwest area most of her life before moving to Phoenix, Arizona in 2011 and then finally landing in the amazing Green Bay area in 2015. She loves Wisconsin, especially the people there, and will always call it her home.
Holli and her husband met in high school and married a few years later in 1992! They have two beautiful and busy daughters. Before, Holli was a stay-at-home mom for over 15 years and spent countless hours volunteering in the communities she has called home, especially in her daughter’s schools and sports. She is her girls' biggest fan as they have played many sports through high school and college. They still keep her busy running from CrossFit competitions to Lacrosse games and she loves every minute of it.
Her passion for real estate started early and came quite naturally being the daughter of a home builder/commercial contractor and granddaughter of a real estate investor. After her family relocated to Portland when she was a teen, she would study the gigantic MLS book every week (yes, an actual printed book about three inches thick) and spent every weekend searching for her family’s next home or project. She knew she wanted to be a part of real estate, but it took her awhile to actually dive in. She’s so glad she did!
Holli, her husband, and her father are also investors and flip houses for fun as they believe there is always a project going on. She often takes real estate courses for fun as well and has certifications/designations in: At Home With Diversity (AHWD), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), Resort and Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS), and she is finishing up her Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) course. It is her passion to help people with real estate and she would love the opportunity to earn people’s business.
