Once again, Holli went above and beyond and helped us out with a purchase - this time virtually from a different state!
She made it seamless from the first text - to the closing! Answers all calls, texts and emails within minutes and always researched and found out any answer we needed. It was an absolute pleasure working with Holli and her firm. My wife and I were looking for homes for quite some time and Holli was helpful every step of the way.

Once we had a home we liked, Holli had great insight on pricing for the sale of our current home and purchase of the new home. When we started inspections, she had multiple suggestions for all types of inspectors and other necessary individuals. All were knowledgeable and reasonably priced. She helped coordinate sale and purchase dates and was present for each of the inspections and walkthroughs. When issues cropped up, she had thoughtful suggestions and spotted problems we would never have thought of.

We trusted her throughout the entire process and we were proven right to do so time and again.

My husband and I were lucky enough to work with Holli to sell our house recently. She made the entire process seamless. In helping to prepare our home for sale, she gave us incredible tips and was very hands on in staging our home for photos. She worked hard on marketing our home through her listing, brochures, a TV spot, and an open house. Because of her work, we ended up getting an offer within a couple of weeks. Even after we had an offer, she gave great advice and made sure we stayed on track for closing. I really appreciated how communicative she was during the entire selling process; she made sure to keep both my husband and me updated on where things stood at all times. She (or a Shanbrom team member) was always available for questions. I was so impressed by her knowledge of real estate, her energy, and her openness. I've been in the military for almost 16 years, and my family has moved several times because of this. Holli literally made the impossible happen. Went under contract 4 months in advance, managed to get the sellers to extend the closing, ensured that all of the process ran smoothly, even gave us some help in selling our home in NC. All this was done without us being up here. The few times I made it up, she went well out of her way to accommodate my limited schedule. I've had bad realtors, and I've had outstanding ones...and then there's holli. Absolutely no comparison. Having Holli as my agent was one of the best things to happen to me during my home-buying process. I'm a first time home buyer and Holli really guided me throughout the entire 2.5 month journey. Yes, 2.5 months! The loan approval process was tedious and worrisome, but Holli really pushed and kept me vigilant/on top of my lender. Throughout that, Holli was a breeze - easy to get in contact with, on top of her game, always offering great advice, connecting me to great people, negotiating great deals on my behalf, and providing a sense of warmth and comfort during a very scary process.
