I am orginially from Atlanta, Georgia. Borned on August 12, 1955 to
proud parents of Juanita Estella and Willie James Wilson Sr. I passed
the Georgia Sales Exam in June 1982. My father was very instrumental
in getting me started in the Real Estate business. His background is in
Real Estate Appraising, specializing in Commercial Real Estate.
Over 20+ years in the Real Estate Business. Also worked
with the Georgia Department of Transportation as a staff
negotiator & appraiser for right of way or for land acquistion
road improvement purposes from 1985 thru 1991. Worked
also with DOT Engineering Right of Way plans by explaining
them to property owners affected by the road widening.
Received my Bachelor Of Science Degree from Spelman
College in 1977 with a Major in Home Economics and a
Minor in Business Administration. Passed the Georgia
Brokers Exam in November 2007. In addition, I am
also a Certified General Appraiser, License # 005164.
My appraiser license is in inactive status at this time.
Member Dollar Club Member with the Dekalb Board of
Realtors from 2005 through 2006. Voted and received
Honors with Ambassador Realty, Inc. Agent of Month
as follows: In 2006 # 4 in Sales, In 2008 # 2 in Sales
and in 2005 Outstanding Performance by an Agent.
Love traveling, reading, sailing, watching movies, cooking,
entertaining at home by hostessing dinner parties, love
spending time with my nieces and nephews and attending
church. Love weekend vacation get aways. Love spending
time with my family and friends.
