Hollisha Green-Shannon

Hollisha was born and raised in Oakland, CA. She was taught the value of home ownership at an early age. Her father, Hollis, helped her purchased her first home at the age of twenty-one in Huntsville, AL just a few blocks from Alabama A&M University. She went on to purchase her second home on her own in 2003 at the age of twenty-four. During that process, the lack of customer service and concern she received was appalling, so she decided to pursue a career in real estate. It is her goal that no one feels as lonely and uncared for as she did after that transaction. Hollisha graduated from Alabama A&M University in 2005 with a bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning. She obtained a Real Estate license in 2006 and a Broker license in 2015. She also obtained an Auctioneer license from Troy University in 2019. She specializes in Fannie Mae and HUD foreclosures and short sales, and is active in Madison County and Tuscaloosa County, AL. Hollisha works with property owners and residents to ensure that her customers get the best deal possible. She has made it her goal to help every type of home buyer or seller and every type of property through real estate services such as foreclosures, auctions, and new construction. Hollisha currently resides in Madison, AL with her husband, Lavon, and two kids, Mason, and Callie.
