Having Holly as a Realtor was a true deal saver! First, I waited for months for another realtor to sell my house, but all they did was list it and sit back. I hired Holly and she was always calling me with ideas to market my home and she emailed me every week showing me how many people had looked at me listing, how many marked it favorite, etc. When we finally had a deal on the house, it seems that the title company couldn't figure out some home equity payoff or another and after 6 weeks of waiting for them to do it, Holly called up the county and had the information we needed and go the deal closed by the weekend. I can't recommend her enough.
