I was a little stressed at having to complete everything from another state but Holly got everything done for me that I couldn’t do physically for myself and in a timely manner as I closed in two weeks. I, unfortunately, worked with a different realtor before working with Holly. The other realtor did very little to work hard to sale my property and let six months elapse before I could get a different realtor.

Holly was my choice and she had the property sold in a very short time. She keeps you updated on the status of the sale of your property. She also has multiple contacts should you need anything related to your property which I did need to do a few repairs. You should strongly consider this wonderful realtor in either buying or selling a property.

Holly went above and beyond to help with selling our property. Since we are not locals there were lots of big and little things that we could not personally attend to, and Holly took care of them all for us. She also has an amazing photographer that makes your property stand out amongst the competition. We sold our property so fast, we didn't have time to mentally prepare to let it go. :)

Holly was incredibly easy to work with and responsive throughout our entire process. We live out of town from where the house was being sold, and Holly always made sure our home was available to be shown and always kept us informed of any updates. Towards the end of our escrow, weather caused delays preventing us from the ability to move out. Holly was so kind and effective at working between both parties to make sure everyone was happy and comfortable. A successful sale well done!

You just won't do any better than going with Holly Gardner and her team. I recently sold a property in Sugarloaf. It initially went smoothly and quickly but there was a title glitch (my problem) that delayed the sale for several months. Holly worked with me and the buyer to keep the deal in place until the title problem was settled. Once that cleared, the final process took just a few days to complete and there are now a happy seller and a happy buyer.
I just can't say enough about the care and professionalism shown by Holly.
