About Holly

I grew up in Davenport, IA and got my BA in English at The University of Iowa. I moved to
Denver in 2003, which was supposed to be a temporary move but I fell in love with this city so
this has been home ever since. I got my real estate license at the start of 2010, not realizing
it might be difficult to become successful right after the housing market crashed. So I
learned to work with investors and developers because they were really active at the time.
This proved to be a great move and taught me so much about the real estate market, truly
making me an expert. I also love working with buyers and sellers who are buying or selling a
home for themselves, those can really be the most fun transactions. It is a very personal
thing and I feel honored when my clients ask me to be a part of that experience. Whether
