Holly Leonard, Co-Owner and Associate Broker of Net Properties Real Estate has been a Residential Real Estate Expert for over 25 years, offering clients a wealth of experience and local real estate knowledge. Holly is originally from Michigan where she graduated High school and promptly moved to the beautiful desert southwest of Sunny Tucson, AZ to attend the University of Arizona. Holly received a full-ride scholarship for her musical talent (she also plays the flute) and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts Degree.

After a career on the builder side at PulteGroup for over 20 years after college, Holly brings a vast array of knowledge on New Construction and a deep understanding and skill of Seller Pricing Strategy and negotiating on behalf of the client. Serving as Associate Broker, Sales Counselor, and Corporate Trainer, she received multiple awards over her new home career, including Top Closed Sales Producer and President's Club Member.

Holly spends her spare volunteering for various non-profit organizations year after year. Currently, she is serving on the Board of Trustees of a non-profit organization for the Catalina Foothills School District. It is in her blood to give back. She also enjoys travel, spending time with her family, golfing, running and playing tennis. But her real passion is helping others and she looks forward to helping all of our Net Properties clients, new and old to continue to find success in real estate.
