I can't review Holly McCaffrey highly enough as a buyer's representative. Having bought a few houses in my lifetime, hands down, Holly has been the best I've ever dealt with. Not only did she take the time to show me around a large swath of the Shenandoah Valley (willingly and with a smile on her face), she also made sure to explore all the different avenues with me (buying/building). In the end, I found the perfect house and she has stood by us/advised us through negotiations, inspections, and even past closing! We rented the house back to the sellers and she is remaining active until the day we do the final walk-thru. We are very lucky to have found her - the trust, effort, positive energy has made our experience coming back and buying in Virginia a very pleasant (fun) one! Thank you so much, Holly - you are truly exceptional!

Holly helped me buy and sell my first house and she was AMAZING!! The process couldn’t have been smoother and she went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deal possible! She was able to navigate homeowner’s insurance, mow my lawn, and take care of all the odds and ends after I had moved across the country and needed to sell me house. Buying a house is one of the most stressful things you can do in life because it feels like so much is uncertain and out of your control. We were out of state and didn't know any realtors in this area. As we were beginning our search, we tried reaching out to a few but didn't receive any calls back. Holly responded to our call immediately, added us to her daily home listing update, and then stayed in touch for two months until we put our old house in Maryland on the market and were ready to make the plunge in Virginia. She made the whole process so much easier by being in constant touch and leveraging tech whenever possible, including doing a video walk through of our house so we could put in an offer without seeing it in person. Her responsiveness and positivity helped tamp down our fears and frustrations about delays in the lending and closing processes, and her knowledge of the local market ensured we put in an offer that would be accepted immediately. And did I mention how funny and kind she is? Or how delicious her homemade lasagna is? (Which was lovely because it fed us for a week as we unpacked in our new house!)

Holly made the whole process a snap and we would absolutely recommend her to anyone interested in buying or selling a home. She's a top notch realtor who knows this area like the back of her hand and her people skills can't be beat. When you need a professional in your corner during one of the most stressful periods of life, she's the person to call, hands down.

BEST REALTOR EVER! I've purchased a home three times in my life and Holly made this latest the easiest of them all. She is very professional, responsive, has great communication skills, and is just fun to work with. She listened to what we were looking for and helped us find the EXACT home we wanted. She even arranged for us to meet the sellers in person when we signed the contract - so we got to walk through the house with the people who built it. She also was super proactive in coordinating with our loan officer. I could gush for hours on how wonderful of a human Holly is. She even made us a giant lasagna and dropped it off on move-in day - which was super welcome after unloading a 26' U-Haul in 90F heat. You'd be foolish to go with anyone else. Do yourself a favor and get Holly as your real estate agent.

I have known Holly for more than 11 years. Fate brought her to me. I walked into her company’s office and needed someone to show me a house she got up from her desk that instant and said lets go. I purchased my first home with her amazing help. Since then I have used Holly on multiple occasions. She gets along with everyone so easily it truly makes negotiating with others a breeze. It was such a pleasure working with Holly! She helped my husband and me procure our first home. She is a wealth of knowledge, responsible and responsive. She is the one you want on your side when you are buying a home. A year after purchasing our home, I had a question for her. She made time for me and had an answer by the end of the day.
