Holly was amazing! Initially, I was so nervous about selling my home and actually making money off it. She convinced me to increase my asking price slightly and boy am I glad I did! I received multiple offers above asking the weekend it was put on the market! Holly made the entire stressful process bearable by handling all the “not-so-little” things that I had been worried about from getting repairs done to setting up painters. ( I’ve never had an agent who actually made my life so much easier!) I know it sounds cliche, but Holly really did make me feel like a VIP! I would highly recommend her whether you are buying or selling - but when it comes to selling - you DEFINITELY need a Holly!!
